So I've been doing moderatly okay. The past week has been a lack of exercise, the food still somewhat good. I have been able to hold my weight steady. This is good because I read that after your first goal you should hold it a while so you are able to know if you can maintain. Good good.

Okay I have finally gotten under my first goal. Under 150, for the first time in 2 years! So now that my first goal is met my second is 145, than 142. I don't know why but 142 is just like that magic number for me, it's strange. I've been eating very well for the most part with a little treat here and there. The biggest change is that I haven't been eating all day long, and have been eating less, and not feeling hungry. This is good so far, I'm excited!

35% body fat, that is scary. I would like to decrease this number by 10. My longterm goal for this is by Sept 16th. That is more than two months, I'm not sure how much weight that would be, but I figure I would build muscle as well, so the weight insn't really the main objective anymore, it's the percentage. I need to be less reliant on the scale. I need to only weight once a week. It will be today, Sunday.

I'm feeling much better. I try not to weight myself a lot, cause I know that isn't what matters. I feel like my body is changing a little at a time. I worked out four days in a row and pushed hard each day. Today was my day off. I had a little snack of cookies, but otherwise ate very good. Tomorrow I want to do an extra long work out. I want to try to add 5 minutes to running, but maybe at a slower pace, and 10 to bike, again at a lower pace.

I'm gonna try this again. I'm going low carb, I'm exercising. That is it. No weighing right now I'm around 150, but nothing until I see a difference. I just have to watch what I eat I need the will power. it's easy right, I hope!
